Cancellation and Refund Policy

At JOY N JOY FOODS LLP, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure that our packaged food products meet the highest quality standards. However, in rare cases where an issue arises, we offer a structured Cancellation and Refunds Policy as outlined below.

1. Return and Exchange Eligibility

  • Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect, or the package is not properly sealed at the time of delivery.
  • Eligible for Return/Exchange:
  • If the product is damaged, contaminated, or has any other defect caused during production.
  • If the package is unsealed or tampered with at the time of delivery.

Note: Minor variations in taste, texture, or packaging design will not qualify for a return or exchange.

2. How to Initiate a Refund or Exchange

If you receive a defective or unsealed product, follow these steps to request a refund or replacement:

  1. Email Us: Send an email to [email protected] with the following details:
  • Subject Line: “Refund Request – Order ID [Your Order Number]”
  • A brief description of the issue.
  • Attach clear photos showing the defect.
  1. Response Time: Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 24-48 working hours.
  2. Resolution Options: If your request is approved, we will offer either a full refund, or a replacement of the product at no extra cost. If approved, return/exchange shall be processed within 10 days.

If the request does not meet our return criteria, we will inform you accordingly.

3. Refund Processing Time

  • Once the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 24 working hours.
  • The amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or payment gateway policies.

4. Important Notes

  • We do not accept refund requests for:
  • Personal taste preferences.
  • Incorrect storage leading to spoilage.
  • Products that have already been consumed partially.
  • Refunds or exchanges will be only for purchases made on our official website. Orders placed via third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, BlinkIt, local retailers) must follow their respective return policies.
  • If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please email us on [email protected] immediately. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.
