Any unwarranted copy of content is strictly prohibited and illegal.

TRADEMARKS:

In addition, graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names included in or made available through any service are trademarks or service mark of JOY N JOY FOODS LLP or its affiliates or its content suppliers does not get any right for copying or using the same by availing the services. 

YOUR LOGIN ACCOUNT:

Upon registering yourself with the portal, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility of authenticity of the information and for all activities that occur under your account or password. However, JOY N JOY FOODS LLP reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion with no damage or demure payable to you.

RISK OF LOSS:

All items purchased through electronic mode through this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (shipping partner) for dispatch.

DISPUTES:

Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any JOY N JOY FOODS LLP Products / Service, or to any products or services sold or distributed by JOY N JOY FOODS LLP or through www.joynjoyfoods.com will be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Mumbai.

We each agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action.

GENERAL SHIPPING RULES:

1. Order Processing and Shipping Time

  • Orders are processed within 24 working hours after payment confirmation.
  • Once processed, orders are shipped within 24-48 working hours.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive a WhatsApp, email or SMS notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery location.
  • We partner with trusted courier services to ensure timely and secure delivery.
  • In case of multiple products in a single order, shipping charges may vary based on weight and packaging.
  • Any applicable taxes or additional surcharges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Estimated delivery time depends on your location:
  • Metro Cities: 3-5 working days
  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5-7 working days
  • Remote Areas: 7-10 working days
  • Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions, strikes, or logistical issues) will be communicated via WhatsApp, email or SMS.

4. International Shipping Process

  • For international shipping requests (outside India), customers must:
    1. Email us at [email protected] with:
      • The list of products and quantities required
      • Delivery address and contact details
    2. Our team will respond within 24-48 working hours with shipping options and costs.
    3. Upon confirmation, an invoice will be generated, and payment must be completed before dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines for international orders vary based on the shipping carrier and destination.

5. Refund Policy for Lost or Delayed Shipments

Lost Shipments

  • If your order has not been delivered within 15 days of dispatch, please contact us at [email protected] with your Order ID and tracking details.
  • We will initiate an investigation with our shipping partners.
  • If the shipment is confirmed as lost, we offer a full refund to the original payment method, or a free replacement (subject to stock availability).

Delayed Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeline:
  • For delays up to 7 additional days – No refund will be issued, but we will assist with tracking updates.
  • For delays beyond 7 additional days – Customers may request a refund or opt for reshipment.
  • No refunds will be issued for delays caused by:
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
  • Unsuccessful delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability.
  • Customs clearance delays (for international orders).

Damaged Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, email [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery with the Order ID and Photos of the damaged package.
  • Upon verification, we will issue a replacement or refund.

6. Cancellation Policy for Undelivered Orders

Orders Not Yet Shipped

  • Customers may cancel their order before dispatch by sending an email to [email protected] with their Order ID.
  • If the order is not yet shipped, a full refund will be processed within 24 working hours.

Orders Already Shipped

  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
  • If the customer refuses delivery, the product will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases:
  • A refund will be issued after deducting shipping charges and return processing fees.
  • The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after the return is received.

7. Important Notes

  • We do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Any additional re-shipping costs due to address errors will be borne by the customer.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. Customers must ensure their details are correct before placing an order.
  • In case of delays beyond the estimated delivery period, customers can reach out to [email protected] with their Order ID.
  • If an order is returned to us due to non-delivery (wrong address, unavailability, etc.), re-shipping charges may apply.
